In the course of the book we see photos of the Frundsberg grenadiers as they swept up through south west France and before their deployment against the allied landings in Normandy. The book includes an analysis of the heavy assault weapons of the division (StuG). Another neat little volume of photo’s from Trang. The only thing about these slim volumes is the price to photo ration. The more slim volumes they produce the more money they earn, it does feel like it could have been part of a larger volume to save "me" money. Hence the 4/5 but worth having to add to your collection, lets face it your not going to get this book unless your really interested in the subject. Casual dippers probably need not apply. Bilingual French/English text. |
